"Hoist was everyone's go to every time we were spared a break because it helped to sustain our hydration and mental agility in the heat."

- Cadet Sheriff Bangura

Hoist MGH, Military Grade Hydration, is one of four approved hydration beverages of the U.S. Department of Defense. We are proud to support our Soldiers and aid them in maintaining health and hydration.

The average person needs between 8-300mg of electrolytes per hour for endurance activities. That number increases depending upon weather conditions, sweat rates or cramping issues. Hoist MGH uses an electrolyte blend comprised of sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium to provide superior rehydration when it is needed most.

Hoist MGH currently meets all services compliance:

  • AR 40-25 – JCCoE Approved for IMT
  •  AFI 44-141
  • OPNAVINST 10110.1
  • MCO 10110.49
