Andre Carter II is a West Point Graduate who was given the incredible opportunity to postpone his Military career to pursue his dream to play in the NFL. Carter has been a well-known American football player for years, as his talent was quickly recognized while he played for the Army. Andre is capitalizing on this opportunity by joining the Minnesota Vikings Roster for the upcoming season.
